About the role:
In a Project Management - Technology role, you'll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.
What you will be doing:

• Project Manager for various projects as they arise
• Dedicated role for specific client
• Maintain white glove client relationship
  -Network related coordination and communication for client
  -MPLS Circuit Orders
  -Change ticket status related to Systematics (i.e. server patching, reboots, etc.) - highlight client impacting outages
• Monitor, track, report on projects for clients and FIS account team
• Maintain archive of artifacts associated with each project
• Oversight and escalation as required within FIS, Client, and vendor (teleco) organizations
• Reconciliation of billing, invoices, fees, etc. associated with network related activities
• Working with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams.
• Managing project risk and assisting with problem resolution.
• Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

What you will need:

• Knowledge of modern, end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines
• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.
• Advanced skills with project management software
• Excellent organization, analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• A bachelor's in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.
