About the team

EFT Client Care provides financial institution support on FIS Debit and Prepaid Card products such as EFT knowledge, applications, reports, and balancing.

What you will be doing

You will be providing support to financial institutions by managing tickets and a phone queue using your analytical skills.

• Gain knowledge on our products, applications, reports
• Managing tickets and the phone queue
• Research client issues
• Manage client escalations
• Work with other client care or service delivery teams
