About the role:
In this Product Management role, you'll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products and enhancements for the rapidly-changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you'll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and enhancements and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.
About the team:
We are team of experienced Product Managers organized to deliver new products and enhancements in the areas of Core Banking, Sales and Service, Data and Analytics and Open APIs.
What you will be doing:
* Accountable for product lifecycle - roadmaps, pricing, rationalization recommendations, product growth.
* Market definition, market needs analysis and requirements, competitive analysis, and research to understand and define client needs
* Business case development to justify capital investments
* Own and manage go-to-market strategy execution
* Own the program backlog, create and prioritize features
* Ideate & design with the user in mind for a friction-free, consistent, delightful experience across FIS solutions
* Recommend and evaluate potential non-FIS relationships
* Internal and external voice for FIS products
* Develop the product roadmap for execution of business strategies, revenue growth and profitability goals, and risk assessments as part of a larger banking strategy
* Collaborates and sets expectations with Product Owners, stakeholders, customers, architects
What you will need:
* General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
* Knowledge of the banking industry and associated products.
* A bachelor's in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.
Added bonus if you have:
* Experience as a Product Manager in a Core Banking software environment.
* Experience with the IBS Core Banking system from FIS.
