ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sr. Director of Debit, ATM and Software Processing Products is responsible and accountable for the development and delivery of the long-term debit processing strategy at FIS. This role requires debit and ATM processing product and/or technical development expertise, ability to evaluate changes in the debit ecosystem and translate into product strategy, cross functional negotiation, coordination and partnership. Talent evaluation, mentorship and growth of a product team and ability to deliver on concurrent priorities is mandatory. Transformation mindset is required and the ability to identify strategic opportunities and develop a strategy to achieve incremental growth for the FIS Debit, ATM and Software lines of business.

WHAT YOU BRING FOR EXPERIENCE:

• 10 years of Product development leadership
• 10 years of United States Debit and/or ATM market expertise
• 15 years of payments experience
• 7 years of management experience with payment product and/or technical teams
• Expertise in the ability to influence change, priority and work in a highly matrixed complex global company

Required Technical Skills:

• Agile product management expertise
• United States Debit payments ecosystem expertise
• Transformational mindset and proven track record of bringing innovative product and services to market
• Proven track record of mentoring junior product associates and helping them grow and advance
• Strong partnership mindset and ability to create professional relationships required to advance Debit and ATM strategies

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $153,180.00 - $257,360.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
