Job Description:

$2,500 Signing Bonus Available!

Primarily responsible for reviewing, monitoring and providing the on-going management of the Asset Based Working Capital loan portfolio for the Bank. May also be required to provide back-up support for management of the Bank's Tax Guard system.

• Review and process collateral and borrowing base reports submitted by clients based upon pre-determined schedules
• Review and reconcile accounts receivable aging, inventory and accounts payable aging reports to the borrowing base collateral reports, calculating ineligible collateral amounts
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports detailing the current health of the Borrowing Base portfolio
• Monitor and maintain the quality of the asset-based loan portfolio by alerting management of any discovered irregularities and/or suspected problems
• Coordinate with Business Banking and Loan Accounting to ensure the timely receipt and accurate compliance with collateral perfection and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with Business Banking and the Bank’s asset-based customers to ensure that all necessary documentation is in place to allow the Bank to quickly initiate the proper collection efforts in the event of loan default
• Address Borrowing Base customers questions and concerns regarding their collateral schedules
• May assist in collateral audits and inspections
• Performs other duties as necessary to support departmental and organizational goals
