Description

The Programmatic Sr. Paid Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive member engagement. This position will be responsible for our bid management and optimization of programmatic ad buys across multi-channels and work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze the effectiveness of our paid acquisition initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.

Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:

Job duties:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution, bid management and optimization of programmatic ad buys across display, mobile, native, video, CTV and OTT
  • Negotiate and secure media space, including placements, ad inventory, and channels, ensuring campaigns reach the right audiences
  • Manage media budgets to drive efficiencies across programmatic ad spend
  • Set up programmatic campaigns, ensuring ad tags and creative are loaded correctly and trafficked and executed accurately
  • Help manage the approval and timely delivery of essential assets required to launch programmatic display as well as other paid media channels such as SEM, paid social, and affiliates
  • Manage creative assets and ad placements and monitor bid strategies, budgets, and pacing
  • Optimize bids, creatives, and media buying parameters
  • Partner with the marketing analytics team to track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and KPIs
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design and product to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and seek feedback to improve campaigns and initiatives
  • Track, report and analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaigns. Accurately forecast, track, evaluate and present campaign and program performance against industry and historical performance benchmarks
  • Streamline and optimize campaign workflow through project management platform in support of performance marketing team
  • Review invoices and oversee accrual process for acquisition marketing team
  • Implement A/B testing and conduct experiments to improve campaign and media performance
  • Leverage first-party data to drive audience strategies and create and refine audience segments for personalized targeting

Essential skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and executing marketing campaigns. Financial services industry experience is preferred
  • Ability to define paid media strategies based on data-driven inputs, business goals, member/consumer insights and translate them into actionable implementation plans
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels
  • Well versed with digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Campaign Manager, DSPs, and Google Analytics 
  • Experience leading and/or interfacing with cross-functional marketing counterparts, including brand and creative, digital marketing, data, corporate communications, and/or automation
  • Strong interpersonal and consensus building skills with the ability to build trust and foster a collaborative spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content and present ideas effectively 
  • Ability to operate as a self-starter who is highly organized with proven expertise managing complex projects simultaneously in a multi-channel marketing environment
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple business units, senior and executive leadership and vendors to achieve organizational goals
  • Ability to foster strong internal and external business relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related field, (in Marketing or a related field) or equivalent experience required

Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID)Target Compensation in Hillsboro OR: $95,000 to 110,000 annually annual bonus
