The Supervisor - Revenue Cycle is responsible in assisting the Department Manager in overseeing the employees who are on-site in a hospital or within an office. This individual will assist the Department Manager with other duties such as evaluating the progress of the Account Resolution Specialists, Customer Service Representatives and/or Early-Out Representatives maintaining employee records, quality assurance, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise and develop departmental teams
• Oversee and direct the daily activities of the Receivables staff
• Coordinate account inventories and report daily/weekly to the Department Manager
• Prepare and conduct staff training
• Maintain time and attendance records for staff
• Problem solve operational issue
• Conduct performance reviews
• Assist with hiring
• Delegation and inspection of workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• Epic billing systems required
• Revenue Cycle Management experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Office. Excel andPowerPoint are required
• Previous Supervisor experience is required
• Medical claims billing and/or patient accounting processes is required
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers, staff and clients
• Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Working knowledge of Personal Computers
• Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
• Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities
