FirstSource Title Agency is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Title Curative Specialist . In this role, you will play a crucial part in resolving title issues and facilitating seamless property transactions.

As a Title Curative Specialist at FirstSource Title Agency, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of property titles, identifying any issues or discrepancies, and taking proactive steps to resolve them.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and documentation of all title curative activities, contributing to our commitment to excellence in real estate services.

Compensation :

  • Competitive salary ranging between $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough reviews of property titles to identify any issues or discrepancies.
  • Research and analyze legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, judgments, liens, and surveys, to determine ownership and resolve title defects.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients, to gather necessary information and resolve title issues.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation to correct title defects, such as affidavits, quitclaim deeds, and corrective instruments.
  • Collaborate with title examiners, underwriters, and attorneys to resolve complex title issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all title curative activities.

Qualifications :

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with title examination and curative processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency with title software and electronic recording systems is a plus.
