Job Overview: ÂAs aFront DeskAssociate,you’llbe responsible forworking independently, and without direct supervision. Possessstrong communication, telephone, and customer service skills.ÂBe detailed oriented and able to multitask. Meet and greet residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors andoperateselectronic security control systems; and accuratelymaintainsdaily logs,recordsand forms.ÂÂYour Responsibilities: ÂDemonstrates excellent customer service,communication,and time management skills.ÂMonitors Emergency Response System.ÂGreets and directs Residents,guests,and invitees.ÂÂMonitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.ÂResponds to emergency situations ina timelyand efficient manner.ÂMonitors and controls access to the building.ÂMaintains daily log,records,and forms.ÂÂResolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues. ÂÂMaintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).ÂMay be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.ÂFollows safety procedures andmaintainsa safe work environment.ÂOther duties asrequired.ÂÂÂSkills & Qualifications: ÂHigh school diploma or equivalency preferred.ÂÂCollege level courses in business or hospitality preferred.ÂÂTwo (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.ÂÂComputer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.ÂÂEffective written and verbal communication skills. ÂÂMultiple language fluency is desirable.ÂÂStrong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. ÂÂÂPhysical Requirements: ÂAbility to lift 30 – 50 lbs.ÂÂWork in an upright standing or sitting position forlong periodsoftime.ÂÂHandle, finger, grasp and lift objects andpackages.ÂÂReach with hands andarms.ÂÂCommunicate, receive,and exchange ideas and informationby means ofthe spoken and writtenword.ÂAbility toquickly and easily navigate the property/buildingasrequiredto meet the jobfunctionsÂComplete all required forms.ÂÂAbility to work extended hours and weekends based on projectrequirements.ÂÂAbility to respond to emergenciesin a timely manner.ÂÂSchedule: ÂÂTuesday-Saturday 3:00pm to 11:30pmÂWhat We Offer: ÂAs a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision.
