Our client, a large healthcare organization is currently seeking a Manager of Patient Accounts Receivable Analysis for a full-time, contract opportunity. This position will report onsite to start and then can transition to a hybrid/remote schedule and will be permitted to work from home 3 days a week. Vaccination is required. Looking to hire ASAP!

The Manager of Patient Accounts Receivable Analysis will be responsible for the following job duties:

• Serving as lead management liaison to external third-party payors
• Reporting and working to resolve reimbursement issues
• Communicating with and educating staff on billing procedures and other related concerns
• Assisting with contract analysis and forecasting
• Preparing for and conducting all monthly external/internal payor meetings
• Responsible for the direct supervision of a team of employees

The Manager of Patient Accounts Receivable Analysis qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Healthcare related field required
• At least 3 years of physician/hospital billing experience
• 3 years of experience managing a team of employees
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with EPIC preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
