We need an individual with drive and ambition. This position is expected to grow into a Driver Supervisor then onto a Driver Manager role. That means reliability, responsibility, and self-motivation are key for this position. If you’re a problem solver with a collaborative mind and the ability to get things done, this could be the perfect place for you.
- $19-21/hour
- Hours: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday
- Full-Time, 40 hours a week
- Location: Chicago, Illinois
- Only local routes
- Only Class C required

- Drive a daily route while obeying all traffic laws and making timely deliveries
- Communicate needs of new and existing customers to the manager
- Create, schedule, and execute pick-ups for customers
- Load, unload, inspect, and operate vehicle before and after route
- Use customer service skills to keep and grow business
- Use a pallet jack for loading and unloading (training provided)
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional driving experience
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with excellent driving record
- Excellent smart phone, computer, and data entry skills
- Must have a Smartphone that works with our app (Android or Apple)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, and use full range of body motion
