FirstLight HomeCare of Savannah/Hilton Head Island is looking for a Home Care Coordinator/Scheduler.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience with Scheduling
- Must be certified in CPR and First Aid
- BLS CPR and First Aid certification
- TB test required
- A valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Must meet all of the following requirements:…

Responsibilities:
- Schedule caregivers for each shift and work continuous to cover all shifts.
- Provide personal care services to patients. This includes, but is not limited to, helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and toileting. Also includes light housekeeping duties such as replacing linens on beds, cleaning patient rooms, replacing medicine labels, etc.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (Cleaning meals and prep meals)
- Provide emotional or psychological support to patients over the phone or in person. (Covid-19 Precaution
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Day shift
- On call
- Rotating shift
- Rotating weekends
Experience:
- Scheduling: 1 year (Required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
