The purpose of the Mortgage Systems Supervisor is to ensure the Mortgage Systems team operates within policies and procedures put in place by the Credit Union.
The Mortgage Systems Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the mortgage system staff which includes but may not be limited to the Mortgage Quality Control Analyst, LOS SME, and Servicing SME. Ensures management and board reports are completed and submitted timely and accurately. Assembles, produces, and interprets data and reports loan operations to management based on trending data such as loan quality, loan processes, and loan performance. Ensures established policies and procedures are followed. Ensures members and internal customers are promptly and professionally served. Responsible for training, directing, coaching, and supervising their team. The Mortgage Systems Supervisor will interact, and present to inform and/or influence decisions related to people, technology, processes, and policy. This team member will be capable of working independently and problem-solving issues that tend to be more complicated and diverse. The Mortgage Systems Supervisor will analyze current processes, perform trend analysis on recurring issues, and make formal recommendations to management that will increase efficiency and/or reduce risks. The Mortgage Systems Supervisor is also responsible for working with management to identify potential issues or process improvements and ensure that employees have the resources, training, and knowledge to allow the credit union to meet its strategic and operational goals.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Require two (2) year degree in related field or Business Administration or Computer Information System or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
