Will be responsible for assisting in the development and growth of our 24 hour fitness model in our Troy and Whispering Pines Fitness Centers.

 Will be responsible for the management and supervision of the daily operations of the facility and staff. Will provide initial and ongoing instruction of the fitness equipment to members, guests and visitors as needed.

Undergraduate degree in a fitness/health related field required. Significant experience in managing a fitness center or other retail business along with a certification may be accepted in lieu of a degree, Certification as Group Exercise Instructor preferred. Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support/AED. North Carolina Certified Pool Operator within 6 months of hire. Minimum of two (2) years in management in a fitness related setting or program. Knowledge and experience with the use of fitness equipment and exercise programming. The applicant must be a dynamic, committed fitness professional. He/She must possess excellent interpersonal, management, leadership, organizational, and practical fitness skills. He/She must be capable of professional and personal interaction with a variety of health professionals. Good customer relation skills. Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Must be able to effectively demonstrate all fitness equipment and exercises. Must be able to input data into the computer in an accurate and timely fashion. Ability to speak clearly while instructing members and personnel. Works in a fast paced stressful environment. Valid Drivers license required.
