Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in an Adult Day Healthcare Center.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization and tube feeding
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Utilize medical records systems for accurate documentation

Experience:
- Previous experience in Adult Day Health Centers, urgent care, behavioral health, or is preferred
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and managing urgent medical situations
- Ability to operate medical equipment such as lifts for patient mobility
- Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
