Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team as a Patient-Centered Care Provider. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional, patient-centric care by applying the nursing process and embracing a holistic approach. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program and possession of a valid Nursing License in the state of employment, along with active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Specialty-specific credentials (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc.) are mandatory and must be continuously maintained.
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
A minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in the pertinent specialty.
Display of knowledge in nursing theory, practice, and the ability to cater to age-specific needs, demonstrated through the successful completion of introductory orientation behaviors designed for Registered Nurses.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture collegial relationships with coworkers, while also fostering therapeutic connections with patients and their families.
