Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
- Guide customers through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule service
- Greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI score
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred
- Good customer service, computer and communication skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license and insurance
