General Summary

The Deposit Ops Analyst must be a self-starter who manages, analyzes and implements First Westroads Bank’s cash management services. Knowledge and primary back-up of deposit operations manager, line staff, BSA and Security Officer is required.

Essential Job Functions

• ACH and Wire Manager Administrator
• Remote Deposit Capture Administrator
• Debit card dispute experience
• Business and Retail Online and Positive Pay Administrator
• Business Mobile and Retail Deposit Capture Administrator
• Business and Retail Bill Pay Administrator
• Business Analytics
• Custom Report Creation
• Primary backup to Deposit Ops Manager, BSA and Security Officer
• Ensure compliance with federal, and state laws and regulation
• Provides IRA and HSA training and technical support as needed
• Ensures accurate and timely processes of all CTRs
• Assists with ensuring accurate and timely processing of daily exception items, daily review of EFT reports, daily review of large dollar items and two signature accounts, utility payment processing for customers, travel notifications, monitoring/approving positive pay and mobile capture items, reviewing CIP and scanned documents for accuracy, operating postage machines, and compromised card alerts
• Assists with various operational duties such as wire transfers, ACH files, subpoena, garnishments, research requests and collection of foreign items
• Provide superior customer service both internally and externally
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 2 to 3 years previous bank operations experience
• Knowledge of various bank products and services
• Comfortable with various computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Customer service experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
