What You Will Do:

• Manage day to day activities of client service requests.
• Run Vital Signs analysis for current ratings on companies.
• Contact brokerage firms for assistance in advanced marketing.
• Create and print marketing materials.
• Order and maintain forms in the files as needed.
• Communicates directly with clients.
• Interacts with home office service, product, and wholesale staff.
• Develop strong understanding of insurance products, staying knowledge of changes & industry trends
• Determine what product fulfills needs of risk and determine suitability.
• Maintain resources for the Firm that includes internal procedures, forms, cheat sheets, vendors, etc...
• Manage the operational components relating to product performance and compliance rules to understand product selection, licensing/contracting, and compensation.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency with computers in general, particularly Excel, Word, PaperClip and online Carrier Services.
• Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills (verbal and written skills), accuracy with data entry work.
• The ability to prioritize between multiple tasks and requests.
