Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students in their learning and development
- Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
- Assist with behavior management and discipline as needed
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other activities
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Assist with classroom organization, including setting up materials and resources

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- First aid certification is a plus

Skills:
- Educate: Ability to assist in educating students by implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Behavior management: Ability to assist in managing student behavior and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
- Experience working with students: Previous experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Classroom: Ability to assist in classroom organization and set up materials for learning activities.

Pay: $15.47 - $18.63 per hour
