We are looking for a Real Estate Photographer with some experience but are willing to train the right candidate. We are a growing real estate photography company with offices in Hudson County, NJ servicing Northern and Central New Jersey and looking to expand and grow our team and reach. At First View, we provide photos, videos, floorplans, drone, and 3D walkthroughs of properties for real estate agencies, builders, homeowners, etc.

Position is great for a current photographer i.e. wedding, portrait, headshot photographer who is looking to pick up work during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet brokers/clients on-site and perform services as requested for the appointment.
• Upload work (images, video, floor plans, etc) to our in-house studio, the same day of the shoot.
• Take photos of the interior and exterior space of residences – common room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc., and show the flow of the space.
• Ensure good photo composition, angles, and positioning of the each space.
• Video, draw floor plans, perform 3D services, drone photography.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation, computer, smart phone, and high speed internet

Skills

• Ability to work autonomously. You will be face to face with clients with no supervision and can often be on location by yourself at a property.
• Attention to detail, making sure all areas of a property have been photographed and the client’s needs have been met.
• Great customer service skills. Clients and homeowners need to feel comfortable having us in their homes and on their property.
• Be prompt and on time for all appointments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines.
• Maintaining and managing photography equipment.

Compensation

• Photographers are compensated for each appointment and for the services they perform at the appointment.

• Full Frame or Crop Sensor
• Lens Full Frame 16-35mm minimum, Crop Sensor 10-22mm (16-35mm equivalent)
• Tripod

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (with reliable transportation)
• Have or be able to obtain drone license (FAA part 107) within 3 months of on boarding
