Camp Director

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sports Camp Director. As the Camp Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our camp program, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all participants. This is a part-time, seasonal position with competitive compensation.

Duties:
- Develop and implement camp policies, procedures, and programs
- Manage day-to-day operations of the camp, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Supervise and support camp staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and community partners to address camper needs
- Plan and coordinate camp activities, including educational programs, recreational activities, and field trips
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
