The Core Operations Analyst is responsible for identifying and solving issues relating to the overall performance of the operation team. The Operations Analyst will lead in the reporting of production and sales data, analyzing information that is critical to improving business functionality, and preparing reports for company executives.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job Duties:

• Aggregate data from multiple source systems supporting Core Operations and business partners (e.g., Snowflake, R-Studio, Xactly, Tableau and Galvanized)
• Provide analytical solution support to create efficiencies within Core Operations
• Draft and maintain documentation of procedures for generating reports
• Recommend strategies and develop new procedures
• Implement tests processes, policies, and protocols
• Perform operations analysis for all technologies and projects within Core Operations
• Prepare detailed reports of workflow research and improvements utilizing Enterprise Datawarehouse (EDW)
• Develop workflows to increase production and identify process gap

Essential Skills:

• 2 years’ in an operations related role, financial services industry expereince preferred
• Using data mining tools to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns
• Use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
• Excellent research, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Able to analyze large, complex data sets using a variety of software and tools
• Comfortable with database administration skills and resources
• Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
• Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials
• Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred

Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID)
Target Compensation: $63,000 to $70,000 annually annual bonus
