First Team Real Estate is Hiring a Strategy and Operations Leader Near Newport, CA

We're seeking a committed and experienced Operations person to lead our team's operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives. Who We Are Looking For:

As the Strategy and Operations Leader, you'll be a key Empire Protector and Accelerator within our business and serve as a partner. You'll create, implement and inspector systems that optimize efficiency and increase the bottom line, allowing our Agents to focus on generating transactions while manage the systems that lead to five star reviews. Your commitment to growth and efficiency will drive success not only for our team but also for your own professional development as a committed servant leader.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and optimize Listing Management & Transaction Coordination processes performed by Operations staff.

- Develop, implement and audit checklists, systems, and workflow optimizations to streamline operations based on business need.

- Provide daily support to the Operations team, addressing inquiries promptly and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Oversee MLS implementation, troubleshoot issues, and manage account setups to maintain data accuracy.

- Ensure regular posting of marketing materials to enhance team visibility and brand consistency.

- Assist team members with offer paperwork and manage necessary documentation for compliance.

- Utilize Transaction Management System (TMS) to track transactions, checklists, and financial data accurately.

- Monitor file compliance, commission submissions, and data accuracy, conducting regular audits to ensure quality.

- Collaborate with the Team Leader to lead the team strategically, setting and tracking goals, and identifying growth opportunities.

- Strategize and standardize recruiting processes to attract top talent and support team expansion.

- Analyze monthly P&L reports to identify areas for improvement and drive financial growth.

- Manage commission statements and troubleshoot commission issues, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

- Organize and implement team meetings to train agents on initiatives and metrics, fostering professional development.

- Oversee Follow Up Boss database, including last visit leads, and assist with database maintenance for effective lead management.

- Facilitate new agent onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team.

- Implement time blocking strategies for team focus, projects, files, and reflection, optimizing productivity.

- Organize and prepare items for Weekly Team Meetings, holding leadership accountable for running them efficiently.

- Facilitate training opportunities and marketing efforts for agent attraction, contributing to team growth.

- Organize and coordinate team events, acting as the point person on the ground to ensure successful execution.

- Manage vendor relationships and maintain the vendor database to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.

- Oversee Social Media Marketing Management, ensuring alignment with branding and marketing objectives.

- Audit business initiatives against targets.

- Build relationships with the team and step into meetings when Team Leader is not around.

Qualifications:

- Real estate experience not required

- Minimum of 2 years leading, growing and supporting a full time team.

- Capability to work independently, as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide proactive updates.

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

- Experience in documenting, implementing and inspecting processes.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The key skill needed is the ability to understand daily, weekly, monthly challenges and those that will impact the future. We need to brainstorm and understand who it will impact, how to get buy in and what the expected result will be and build a timeline with milestones for completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,050.00 - $152,388.00 per year
