**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Verify invoices with Bill of Lading and Purchase Orders.
-Enter invoices into QuickBooks to ensure on-time and accurate payments.
-Apply Credit Memos and Rebates to invoices where applicable.
-Maintain detailed files and records of pending and paid invoices.
-Investigate, research, and resolve payment issues with Vendors.
-Collaborate with Purchasing Department to ensure all purchase orders reflect accurate pricing and delivered quantities.
- Support Accounting Department with general administrative duties and related accounting functions.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Support customer service team on an on-going basis.
Qualifications:
-Minimum two (2) years of Accounts Payable’s or related accounting experience.
- Familiarity and understanding of accounting functions within QuickBooks Desktop Pro
-Relevant experience processing invoices via ACH within E-Treasury.
-Experience using Microsoft programs, specifically Excel.
-Must be able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
-Strong analytical and data entry skills.
-Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced office environment.
-Must be an effective communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible work schedule, Monday through Friday.
- Could be part time or full time position depending on candidate preference.
- Health Insurance, 401K, and PTO eligible for full time positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
