We seek a Mental Health & Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Duly Licensed as LCMHC or LCSW and LCAS for independent practice in North Carolina
• Can commute to the location in person full-time
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Experience facilitating Intensive Outpatient Programs for both the Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Tracks
• Comfortable completing intake assessments and meeting expectations with notation entries
• Experience providing individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting
