- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Assist with user account management and access controls
- Effectively train staff on IT policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain servers, networks and related hardware and software
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations
- Implement security protocols and best practices to safeguard data and systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate system documentation
- Recommend new hardware and software technologies to improve operations in the IT department
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures
- Plan and execute disaster recovery tests
- Track and remediate vulnerabilities
