Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work independently
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Dust/clean office furniture, tables, and desks
• Vacuum all carpeting
• Spot clean soiled carpet areas when needed
• Clean countertops, mirrors, and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms/refill dispensers daily
• Sweep and damp mop floors and steps with disinfectant
• Assist facilities manager with small improvement projects such as painting and site cleanup
• Wipe/clean vending machines and appliances
• Clean sinks and damp mop tile floors
• Be able to use industrial cleaning supplies
• Seasonal jobs such as shoveling snow
• Daily sanitization of surfaces subject to repeated handling (such as door handles)
• Confidentiality is an essential responsibility
• Detail bank owned vehicles (weather permitting)

• Ability to operate small power tools
• Position requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, and turning
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Willing to help employees with maintenance related requests
• Good oral and written communication
• Attendance and punctuality are required

This position may require lifting heavy objects, climbing, standing, kneeling, and working with tools. The maintenance team is responsible for building cleanliness, minor remodeling, trash cleanup, and seasonal jobs such as snow removal. Full benefits and PTO offered!
