JOB TITLE: Sewing Machine Operator

JOB SUMMARY: Sewing machine operator is responsible for the machine operation, inventory management for the machine, production rate of the machine, maintenance of the machine as well as scheduled and unscheduled downtime. The sewing machine operator is also responsible for the closing of various products made in this factory environment.

DUTIES& ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 Item is closed properly

 Must be able to inspect and evaluate the quality of the products produced

 Attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

 Ability to lift 30 lbs

 Ability to sit for long periods of time

 Maintain clean, neat orderly and safe work area

 Ability to work in a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Prior sewing experience-industrial sewing experience is a plus

 Strong attention to detail

 Ability to work in a fast paced environment

 Ability to sit for long periods of time

 Reliable and able to work in a team environment

 Able to lift 30 lbs

Pay frequency weekly
