About the Role:
Work cross-functionally to support the continued development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Risk Management Program. Report and assess risks with the help of tools and direction provided by management and will develop and analyze reports throughout the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Design and manage the implementation of risk management process for the organization including complex risk assessments involving analyzing risks and identifying, describing, and estimating the risks affecting the business and corporate initiatives.
- Assist in the oversight of the risk management program. Ensure compliance to the risk management policies and facilitate ongoing independent risk assessments as needed.
- Assist with compliance reviews on partners/business lines at appropriate intervals to evaluate compliance with applicable laws and regulations and adequacy of internal controls designed to prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations.
- Complete variance trend analysis and provide support and justification.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of the risk management policies and procedures as required.
- Monitor, review, and develop risk reports in an appropriate way for different audiences.
- Perform problem management, resolution, escalation of issues as necessary.
- Act as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.
- Preferred Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation.
- Typically, 8 years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary range: $82,918.25 - $153,136.92
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
