Seeking an Onsite Portfolio/Property Manager to start our team in Albertville, AL!
Enjoy the flexibility of 40 hours per week at our on-site office, half of which will be spent during posed office hours. Responsibilities include coordinating with property management office, handling leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, & property inspections and managing day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time contract opportunity with a monthly compensation rate, FREE rent in an onsite unit.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in tracking KPIs and reporting
- Familiarity with local contractors and service providers
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants
- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing, showing units, and processing applications
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion
- Utilize Propertyware or similar software to manage tenant information, lease agreements, and financial records
- Implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
- Oversee compliance with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) or other regulations, if applicable
- Collaborate with the corporate office on budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning
Compensation & AMAZING Benefit:
$3,400 - $4,000 per month (dependent on experience)
FREE RENT in one of our onsite units dor the duration of your time in the role.
Per diem and mileage expenses are reimbursable for periodic team-building and training exercises in Chattanooga, TN.
Must be able to pass a criminal, drug, and background check.
