First Priority Restoration is a full-service restoration contractor specializing in restoring property damaged by fire, water, and storm. We are looking for an experienced Mitigation Manager skilled in both the residential and commercial rebuilding areas within the insurance restoration industry.

The Restoration technicians are the first responder to property loss situations and help to mitigate the damage in both residential and commercial structures. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, structural board-up and security, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack-outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling. The Mitigation manager must be able to guide and monitor them while carrying out these tasks.

Duties:

• Coordinate response to emergency services/losses with staff
• Dispatch crews
• Scope and estimate water, mold and fire losses with Xactimate
• Oversee the production of all jobs through to completion along with project managers
• Lead and oversee crews/technicians/project managers
• Manage various required documentation
• Take moisture readings and upload information on program assignments
• Coordinate with the clients and internal teams to discuss project requirements and processes
• IICRC Certifications are a bonus but not required

Qualifications/experience:

• experience working for an insurance restoration company
• experience writing estimates with Xactimate
• experience managing small to medium sized restoration crews
• IICRC Certifications
• Background check required
• Must have valid drivers license
