Position Purpose: The Building Services Manager works as part of the Building Operations Ministry team and has the primary focus of coordinating set up and take down for programs and events, for Sunday mornings as well as various events (internal and external). This position also assists with maintenance services including day to day projects, repairs and working with vendors. In addition, the Building Services Manager coordinates schedules and staffing needs for set-up and take-down for events and needs along with the Facilities Director. This position may work some nights and weekends including Sundays depending on the event and program schedule and the availability of the Events Ministry Team. Additionally, the Building Services Manager will serve as on-site manager for various events as assigned by the Facilities Director.
