Description
Function: Leads the technology team by providing strong leadership, fostering a collaborative and cohesive team environment. Oversees the bank’s complete Information Technology and information systems, encompassing hardware, network, and telecommunication systems. Provides guidance and support in the training and advancement of core and complementary systems such as Silverlake/Xperience/Teller, Synapsys, Doc Imaging, and other relevant systems. Directs the administration of the bank's systems and oversees the Help Desk operations, including analyzing trends and escalating issues to Jack Henry or other support vendors. Plays a pivotal role in driving projects, policies, and procedures related to information systems and technology.
