First National Bank of Nokomis is looking for a Compliance Assistant to join our team in our Nokomis, IL branch location.

This position works Monday – Friday 8am-4pm and every other Saturday 8am-Noon. The right candidate will support the Compliance Officer with implementation and maintenance of the banks’ regulatory compliance program.

Job Duties

• Assist the Compliance Officer with the support/implementation of current and new laws and regulations
• Assist Compliance Officer in regulatory examinations and internal audits
• Participates on projects as needed
• Assist in preparation of Compliance related management reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

· High School Diploma Required

· Preferred Associates Degree or two years of related work experience

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products

• Excellent research abilities as well as verbal and written communication skills
