Position Summary

As a Process Server, you will be responsible for serving legal documents on individuals and businesses. Some of your services will be at residential locations so you should be able to make your attempts in the evenings, mornings, and on weekends when most people are at home. Our office is conveniently located in Henderson and you have the option of picking up the papers from us or printing them yourself at home.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Nevada Drivers License

• Possess reliable vehicle with insurance
• Be a registered Process Server with an active Fictitious Business Name Statement and Business License
• Must have a current PILB card with the Private Investigators Licensing Board (this is required upon hiring)

Schedule/Location:

• Pay: Commission
• Full Time/Part Time - Northwest Las Vegas, NV
• Willing to work days, evenings, and weekends

• You will make your own schedule but should be available to attempt services in the daytime, evenings, mornings, and on weekends if needed. This is a good opportunity to make some extra income if you already have another job that you are looking to supplement.
