Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with legal professionals via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance 
• Utilize your tech-savvy skills to navigate various software platforms and systems efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
• Organize and prioritize tasks to effectively manage client requests and inquiries, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrate a passion for customer service excellence, actively seeking opportunities to exceed client expectations and enhance satisfaction
• Think critically to analyze client needs and identify appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge and best practices

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in either the legal industry, a call center, or customer service is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with legal professionals and colleagues is critical to success in this role
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software platforms and systems is required. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively are necessary to handle multiple client inquiries and requests simultaneously
• The ability to think critically and analyze situations to identify appropriate solutions is essential

Schedule/Location:

• Full-Time - Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm
• Remote - Henderson, NV (Initial 90-day probation period will be in office)
• Pay: $16-18/hour
