Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team. As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by ensuring all necessary documents are properly prepared and executed. Your attention to detail is very important. We have a very high expectation around the customer service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts, commitments, and lender instructions to determine requirements for each transaction
- Prepare escrow instructions, including the receipt and disbursement of funds
- Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process
- Review and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise on commitment
- Calculate prorations, taxes, and other fees accurately
- Prepare closing statements and settlement documents
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Escrow Officer
- In-depth knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate transactions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Florida Notary required
- Proficient in using real estate closing computer software
- Strong communication to work effectively with realtors, lenders, buyers and sellers

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
