What you’ll be doing
The Facilities Maintenance Manager serves as the (keeper) of the campus. The Full Time Facilities Maintenance Manager will manage staff, volunteers and vendors as well as perform essential duties to ensure the maintenance, appearance, and functionality of the church campus daily.
You will be responsible for…
· Managing and training an effective custodial staff.
· Performing general cleaning and sanitizing duties to maintain cleanliness and order as needed.
· Performing repairs and maintenance.
· Conduct Regular inspections of facilities to identify any issues or areas needing repair of improvement and provide reports to Executive Director of Operations.
· Ensuring heating and cooling systems function at optimal levels.
· Ordering and maintaining supplies in a timely matter.
· Examining safety hazards and ensuring timely corrections.
· Maintaining a budget.
· Ensures set up/tear down of tables and chairs for events are executed.
· This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Operations.

· Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance
· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
· Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
· The ability to maintain confidence.
· Attend safety trainings and provide safety training for staff.
· Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
· Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
· Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
