We are currently seeking a Service Manger to join the team at our Waipahu Branch. In this role, the Service Manager is responsible for the operations of the branch and supervises employees in all phases of the bank operations. The Service Manager leads the handling and resolutions on customer issues or complex inquiries and ensures that all bank policies and procedures are followed. The Service Manager is key in maintaining the branch workflow and assists to assign coverage as needed.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of position that aligns with their experience.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is $47,195 - $84,406/yr; commensurate with experience.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
