The role is responsible for identifying, managing, and launching exceptional and valuable digital banking experiences within our online and mobile channel. Duties include product development, product positioning, process improvement, roadmap development, product marketing strategy and execution, reporting, customer feedback analysis, internal training, ensuring compliance, and product support.
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in retail banking/marketing/product management or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent work experience required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project delivery experience preferred
  • Consumer behavior/psychology and marketing preferred
  • Prior experience in online banking or digital channel highly preferred
  • Must be able to comfortably transition from high-level strategy planning to granular compliance or development issues
  • Demonstrated analytical and continue improvement mindset
  • Must be proactive and driven
  • Must be able to work within a fast-paced team
  • Experience working in remote and distributed teams required
  • Demonstrated analytic skills, ability to translate data into recommendations, then clearly communicate.
  • Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint
  • Able to plan, organize and budget
  • Strong analytical capacity
  • Expertise in putting together a financial proforma
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
