We are currently seeking a highly analytical, collaboration-focused, solutions driven Process Redesign Manager to join our Enterprise Operations Services Division Team. In this role, you will critically evaluate business unit information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. You will also investigate business systems, identify options for improving business systems and bridge the needs of the business with the use of technology, work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies and systems; in order to re-engineer processes used to increase productivity and capability, and adhering to required regulatory Audit, Risk, and Compliance requirements, and complete analysis to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and work with the business to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

The ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as business, engineering, accounting, finance or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years' work experience in Process reengineering/design or relevant experience in Operations in the capacity of operational process reviews/redesign as the Audit Manager.
• Two (2) years’ experience leading teams.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or equivalent experience desirable.
• Experience in creating or conducting training sessions desirable.
• Experience in leading change management initiatives desirable.
