**Description**
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist team members in the development, coordination, and execution of social media marketing campaigns based on needs of the business
Provide administrative support by tracking marketing programs, assisting with the creation of logos and graphic content, and organizing proposals and presentations
Partner with management to help maintain social media strategy on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and draft posts, monitor accounts, report on account statuses, and make suggestions based on trends
Assist in the review and analysis of the success of campaigns, providing feedback and recommendations to management
Draft, post, and maintain blog content under the direction and oversight of management
Assist team members in the development, coordination and execution of video marketing campaigns
Partner with team to develop SEO/SEM and brand strategies
Assist team members with other large-scale marketing projects
Provide other ad hoc administrative support to the department as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to think creatively with a passionate, collaborative, and relentless approach to help achieve company growth objectives
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Solid knowledge of computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet browsers
Strong attention to detail
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
Associate or bachelors degree in marketing or a related area (or equivalent work experience)
0-2 years of related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic experience with Wordpress
Knowledge of social media best practices for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Experience in Canva and Hootsuite

Colorado Applicants: If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $37,764 and $56,647 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.*
