Responsibilities:

• Represent sellers and buyers at a high level in real estate transactions
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Prepare comparative market analysis and other necessary documents to determine a property's value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.
