We are a well-established finance company located in Boulder, that has been family owned and operated for more than 50 years. Currently, we are looking for an intelligent, hard-working individual with strong interpersonal skills to work in our Loan Department. This individual will be responsible for managing loan data, analyzing collected data, and maintaining relationships with clients and customers. We are looking for a disciplined, career-oriented individual with a strong work ethic who is outgoing, creative, and eager to grow with the company in the long run.

Basic Qualifications:

 Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
 Ability to gather, review, and process information in a logical and professional manner
 Self-starter that can handle fast-paced environment
 Meet deadlines with minimal direction
 Ability to assist with and contribute to periodic marketing campaigns
 Must have basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

 Must be bilingual, English and Spanish

Compensation for this position will be commensurate with education and experience and will include significant bonus potential following an initial 90-day training period. Starting at $17-$20/hour
