For more then 50 miles

Gross Weekly : $1576/wk

Rate on W2: $16.00/hr. (Taxable) Stipends (Non-Taxable): $972/Weekly

Gross Weekly : $1441/wk

Rate on W2: $40/hr.

Shift Details:

Shift and Time: Days 12 hrs (7a-7p) but may cancel 12 hours per week without penalty, might be able to pick up an extra shift.

Length of Assignment: 12 wks

Hours per Week: 36 Hours

Weekend Rotation: Every Other

Requirement:

-Experience Required: Must have at least 2 years of recent MS LVN experience in the last 18 months in a hospital setting; Must have small hospital experience.

-License Required: TX LVN

-Certificates Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
