Gross Weekly: $3240/week (For 40 hrs)
Total/Blended Pay: $81 /hr
Breakdown -
W2 (Taxable): $1600/week ($40/hr)
Housing & Meal Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1640/week
Requirements -
· All applicants must have Physical Therapist Professional license in MA.
· 1 Year Home Care experience, ability to travel to cases as assigned.
· BLS (AHA) required.
· Valid MA License required.
· Covid vaccinated required.
Job Description:
· Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have physical impairments, functional limitations or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
· Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 years. Collaborate with patient, family, physician, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services to meet those needs.
