For more then 100 miles
Gross Weekly : $1376/wk
Rate on W2: $16/hr. (Taxable) Stipends (Non-Taxable): $864/Weekly

Shift Details
Length of Assignment: 8 weeks
Hours per Week: 32
Shift and Time: 8 hrs Eve shift (3p-11p)
Weekend Rotation: Every Other

Requirement:
-Experience Required: should have 12 months exp as LPN in LTC.
-Experience Preferred: PCC experience strongly preferred
-License Required: LPN NC/Compact license requeired.
-Certificates Required: BLS

Pay: $1,153.00 - $1,376.00 per week
