This is a fulltime on-site role for a Director of Information Technology at First Community Bank located in Corpus Christi, TX. The Director of Information Technology is responsible for overseeing the organization's information technology operations, leading a team of IT professionals, managing IT projects and budgets, and ensuring the security and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure.

- Proven experience as a Director of Information Technology or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure including network administration, cybersecurity, and data management
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in strategic planning and budgeting for IT operations
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in information technology
- Professional certifications in IT management or related areas
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate knowledge of banking
