This is a fulltime on-site role for a Director of Information Technology at First Community Bank located in Corpus Christi, TX. The Director of Information Technology is responsible for overseeing the organization's information technology operations, leading a team of IT professionals, managing IT projects and budgets, and ensuring the security and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure.

First Community is a full-service Community Bank serving South Texas. We have a unique culture, ESOP, and great working environment. We are innovative, creative, and want to grow our institution both in traditional banking products and web-based products.

  • Proven experience as a Director of Information Technology or similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure including network administration, cybersecurity, and data management
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in strategic planning and budgeting for IT operations
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in information technology
  • Professional certifications in IT management or related areas
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of banking
