Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Help supervise students and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Support students with personal care tasks, such as toileting and feeding
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist with classroom setup and organization
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Skills:
- Experience working with children in a daycare, childcare, or nannying setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills to assist with classroom setup and materials
